Best practice to avoid application rejections
Depending on the destination market, sellers may sign up as an "individual" or a "corporate type" seller. Once the seller has submitted the necessary identification documents or business registration, the account verification process will be initiated.
To avoid application rejections, sellers should take note of the following:
- 1.Ensure that the representative name provided on the TikTok Shop account is consistent with the registered name provided on submitted documents.
- 2.The business scope and operating validity period must be aligned with the specified information on submitted documents.
- 3.All documents provided should be valid and not expire during the seller verification process
- 4.The uploaded copies must be clear and legible so that our onboarding team will be able to qualify the seller account accordingly.
Best practice on setting up a TikTok Shop Profile
- 1.Choosing a TikTok Shop Name:
Sellers must choose a shop name that is unique, easy to remember, and represents their commercial business. When the sellers successfully submitted their seller shop name, they can no longer change their TikTok Shop name.
